Phobia - Rewind and Reframe Programme (4 sessions)

During your discovery call, we will establish the nature of the phobia - simple or complex.  Examples of simple phobias are needles, flying, rodents, spiders, wasps etc. This type of phobia requires a series of 4 sessions which takes you through the process of relaxation and accessing the subconscious where phobia templates are formed. During the third session you will  complete the rewinding process which removes the phobia template. The final session involves a reframing, replacing the previously programmed fear response with a positive reframing, helping you to manage phobia situations positively in the future.
